Frequently asked questions

How does ordering work?

You describe what you need: country, city, dates, type of production. We reply within 24 hours with a quote. Once the quote is approved, we select the most relevant AfroCréateur and prepare the shoot with your point of contact.

Who chooses the AfroCréateur?

We do. We select the most relevant profile for the assignment: availability, experience with this kind of subject, languages spoken locally. No individual profiles are published: our work shows the standard.

What are the timelines?

Allow seven to fifteen days between quote approval and the shoot. Files are delivered within 72 hours of the end of the shoot. For an event, a selection of photos is delivered the same evening.

I'm not in Africa: can I order?

Yes. Everything is handled remotely, from quote to delivery. If you wish, your representative can attend the shoot.

Can you cover several countries in a single order?

Yes. A single contract covers every country, with the same art direction and the same delivery format.

Which languages do you film in?

Interviews are conducted in French, English or the language of the person being filmed, depending on the AfroCréateurs available locally. Subtitles are delivered in French and English; other languages are available on request.

Who owns the images?

Usage rights are assigned to you in writing for your institutional uses, on all media, with no limit of time or territory. Paid advertising uses are covered by a separate clause.

How long do files remain available?

Three months for download. Beyond that, archiving is extended free of charge on request.

How much does a production cost?

Every project is priced on quotation, in euros, and invoiced by bank transfer. For a ballpark figure, use our budget simulator.
