/ Frequently asked questions
About video production
How long is a film?
It depends on the use: 60 to 180 seconds for a donor visibility video, 5 to 12 minutes for an end-of-project documentary. It is set in the quote.
Who does the filming?
An AfroCréateur who lives in the country. We select the profile best suited to the assignment; the client does not approve it before filming. No named profile is published — the work shows the standard.
Are subtitles included?
Yes, in French and English. Other languages are possible on request.
Do you work in several countries for a single order?
Yes. A single contract covers all the countries, with the same art direction and the same delivery format. See the NGO page for regional programmes.
